If summers seem hotter lately, then the recent climate may have changed. In various parts of the world, some people have even noticed that springtime comes earlier now than it did 30 years ago. An earlier springtime is indicative of a possible change in the climate. A snow flurry is weather. Thunder and lightning are weather, too. Sometimes the atmosphere behaves violently, and sometimes it's peaceful and quiet. Either way, it's weather. We use to cite the analogy 'as unpredictable as the weather......' due to the chaotic nature of weather. While it is difficult to predict weather changes over just a few days span, it is easier to project and forecast climate changes.
